Administration. Documentation. Clarity.
AviCoreX connects operations, training, documentation and commercial workflows in one modular environment for pilots, TRI/TRE, examiners, ATOs and professional aviation organizations.
At the center of AviCoreX is the Core Engine: the central command layer of the system. Around it, flexible satellite modules can be activated or extended depending on operational requirements.
AviCoreX is being developed for real EASA and corporate aviation workflows, with special focus on CBTA, EBT, ORCA, the VENN model and the EASA Competency Framework.
AviCoreX is not generic office software. It is built from practical experience in daily aviation, training and examiner environments, with focus on structure, clarity, compliance, efficiency and real operational usability.
AviCoreX is a privately developed modular software platform intended to support organizational, administrative and documentation workflows in aviation, training, examiner and finance contexts. Content, templates, reports, automated suggestions and assistance features are provided as working aids only and do not replace independent professional, legal, tax, aviation-regulatory or authority review.
The user or responsible organization remains solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, currency and official acceptability of all entered, imported, generated or exported data. EASA, authority, operator, ATO, compliance, tax and finance requirements must always be checked against the applicable official rules, forms, procedures and organizational policies before operational use or submission.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, AviCoreX is not an official authority-approved tool, not an EASA product, not tax advice and not a legally binding decision system. Modules may be in concept, development, test or extension stage. Changes, limitations, errors and omissions are reserved.
